Q1. If I choose standard shipping, when will my order be processed and shipped?

We want you to enjoy your products as soon as possible, so your order is processed and ships within 48 hours.

Q2. How long until I receive my order?

If you're shipping to an Australian address, your order will arrive in 2–7 business days.

Q3. How will my order be shipped?

We do our best to pack and ship your item with the utmost care, however there may be times when an item is damaged in transit. When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. If any of the items in your shipment are damaged, please notify Customer Service via email. 

For most orders, we ship via Australia Post. Occasionally, another carrier may be used and will be identified in the tracking information we send you via email.

Q4. Can I pick up my order at the distribution center?

Unfortunately, there is no option for picking up an order at our warehouse. We offer shipping for all orders at the most cost-effective rates.

Q5. What are your delivery charges?

Currently, we offer standard delivery at a flat fee of AU $7.99 (incl.vGST). Most orders will be received within 5-7 working days, longer to WA, remote and regional areas. Orders over $40 in product value will be delivered free of shipping charge. Special offers may apply to free shipping.

Q6. Where can we deliver orders?

We can ship to some countries with selected items. International shipping costs vary with location and weight. For more information, please check 'Shipping Fee'.

Q7. As a customer overseas, what additional charges am I responsible for?

Although many orders can be delivered worldwide without any additional charges, You should check your customs related fees that you may incur in your country. For specific information, please consult with your local government import office.

Q8. How fast can my order be processed and shipped?

We attempt to ship orders the following business day. When the order is shipped you will receive an email notification.

Q9. How do I return or exchange a product?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product in its original packaging and obtain a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Q10. How do your company process the refund or exchange?

If you have chosen a refund, we undertake to refund the purchase amount within five (5) days of receiving the returned product, provided that you have returned the goods in their original condition at our warehouse within 21 days of delivery.

You will receive e-mail notification of your refund from our customer center with our payment reference number.

If you have requested an exchange or replacement, this will be processed within seven (7) days of receiving your returned goods and will be delivered by standard delivery.

Q11. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will ship you a replacement for the exact same item. Please contact our Customer Care Center via email.
