’2018 Get It Beauty’ winners - Toners

’2018 Get It Beauty’ winners - Toners

This time I'd like to talk about the 'Good Toners & Moisturizers', which don't contain any harmful ingredients - related 'Reduce Body Burden' Pledge from 2018 Get It Beauty.

Among the 9 harmful ingredients - Sodium Lauryl Sulfate & Sodium Laureth Sulfate can be replaced as a 1 harmful ingredient 'Sulfate' - 'Get It beauty' pick the most common but harmful ingredient 'Triethanolamine' in facial toner category.

<Just reminding what they are>
• Parabens
• Sodium Lauryl Sulfate/ Sodium Laureth Sulfate
• Triclosan
• Avobenzone
• Oxybenzone (Benzophenone-3)
• Isopropyl Alcohol
• Triethanolamine
• Synthetic Fragrance
• Synthetic Colouring

*What is Triethanolamine?
Triethanolamine(TEA) is a strongly alkaline substance used as surfactant and pH adjusting chemical. It is used for several purposes in a variety of cosmetics & personal care items, and its main purpose is to balance the pH level of products, but it also helps to emulsify ingredients that usually do not blend well.

However, they have proved hazardous short term and long term effects ranging from skin & eye irritation, to damaging the respiratory and immune systems and inciting cancer.

*Need to know/ Be aware of:
I assure that all skincare/makeup products are tested by their manufacturer and contain only authorized or limited doses approved by the Food and Drug Administration(FDA). As we use thousands of personal care and beauty items on a short term and long term basis, this can be dangerous in large doses, also when ingredients combine (can turn out highly toxic chemicals to immediate affect and can be extremely unhealthy over long-term use).

<Here are the GOOD lists which filtered from 9 harmful ingredients>

(These  have survived from the conveyor belt (tested 100 toners), which make me and also the  shows panel thrilled^^)

In Step2, they(Lab)  tested efficiency - how much improved skin texture by skintype, as a function is mainly refining/retexturizing skin surface, balancing pH level and preps for following skincare products, and these 5 toners are the final lists.

Lastly, here are winners which finally got a high score against ‘cost to performance’ rating:

We don’t have all the winners instore yet, however may have a 'SkinFood Royal Honey Good Toner' in the future.
•  ISOI Acni Dr. 1st Control Tonic - Great for oily, acne-prone skin
•  SKINFOOD Royal Honey Good Toner - Ideal for dry skin type
Also this is one of the winners from ‘combination to oily skin types’ we have selected to have store.
•  2SOL SunHan Water Toner

<Adding professionals Opinion about '7-skin method'>

These pictures show the result of 7 Skin Method. Conclusion first, it is helpful for an instant hydration, however not approved for the long-lasting hydration result. As the graph fell after the high point - moisture retention ability surprisingly fading out, so 7-Skin Method can relieve skin dryness instantly however it didn't help to resolve a lack of hydration deep inside skin.

Couldn't post 'Beau-La-Bel No.1 Moisturizer' together as the article gets too long.^^;; See you at next blog with continuos subject.

Thanks for reading~
